Air preheater is a preheating equipment to improve boiler heat exchange performance and reduce heat loss. The function of air preheater is to transfer the heat carried in the flue gas discharged from the flue at the tail of the boiler to the air before entering the boiler through the heat sink and preheat the air to a certain temperature. Air preheater is a kind of heat exchanger, which uses the heat of flue gas at the tail of boiler to heat the air required for combustion. Pipes and tubesheets can be sealed with heat-resistant filler or welded. Customers can choose according to their own needs. Fully welded plate air cooler is mainly composed of heat exchanger core, air passage, spraying device, fan, base and support. It combines the advantages of plate heat exchanger and wet evaporative air cooler. It is a new type of efficient air cooler, which solves the problems of low material cooling efficiency and large refrigerant consumption, and is widely used in modern refining. Oil, chemical, power, nuclear and metallurgical industries.

Product characteristics:
1. The heat transfer element is stainless steel plate, and the turbulent flow can be formed under very low Reynolds number by the plate-to-plate internal self-disturbance structure, thus improving the heat transfer coefficient. The efficiency of heat exchanger is 2-3 times of that of ordinary finned tube air-cooling.
2. The compactness of fully welded plate wet air cooling is about 220 m2/m3, which is much larger than that of tubular air cooling at 78 m2/m3.
3. Under the same heat transfer area, the fully welded plate air cooler is small in size and light in weight, which can greatly save the installation space and cost of users'equipment.
4. The unique spray evaporation structure makes use of the phase change heat of the fluid and greatly improves the heat transfer capacity.
5. Induced air design, more uniform air flow, better heat transfer effect. Manufacturing process: Material→Ingot → Hot/Cold-Rolling→ Heat treatment(Normalizing+ tempering) → Inspection→Cutting→Pipe piercing→welding→Sealing test→Painting→Packaging

Test Report & Certifications

Leak test report:Before package, we will do the pressure test in the pool to check if the product leak. (Process: Connect the inlet/outlet of the product to the tube s then put nitrogen in it, and put the product in water. If there is no bubbling, there is no leak.)

 

Pressure Test Report:Under the pressure test, this product has no leakage; no visible abnormal deformation; no abnormal noise; the test conclusion is qualified.
