Surface Air cooler. The principle is to let the heat medium or refrigerant or refrigerant flow through the inner cavity of the metal pipe, and the air to be processed flows through the outer wall of the metal pipe for heat exchange to achieve the purpose of heating or cooling the air.

In practical engineering, the fluid medium in the surface cooler tube is usually water, glycol solution, antifreeze, etc.

Installation and use of surface cooler:
1. The surface cooler should be equipped with a special bracket, and it is not allowed to use a pipe to support the surface cooler.
2. The water supply and return pipeline of the surface cooler should have good insulation measures to reduce heat loss or avoid frosting of the pipeline.
3. The high point of the cold and hot water pipes should be equipped with an exhaust point, and the low point should be equipped with a drain pipe. When the surface cooler is not used in winter, the remaining water should be drained to avoid freezing and cracking the copper pipe.
4. The hot and cold water for the surface cooler is not allowed to contain impurities such as sand, rust, fibers, etc.
